1. Plans & Pricing

All prices are in USD. Payment is one-time, processed securely via Stripe. No contracts, no hidden fees.

2. Hosting & Domain

The one-time setup fee covers your website build and the first month of hosting. Starting from month 2, hosting is $97/month (Starter), $147/month (Professional), or $297/month (Premium). You may cancel hosting at any time — your site will go offline but your content remains yours.

Domain registration (year 1) is included in the Professional and Premium plans. Domain renewal after year 1 is approximately $15–25/year, billed separately. The Starter plan does not include a domain — you may provide your own or purchase one separately.

3. Delivery

Your website will be live within the timeframe stated for your plan, measured from the moment you complete the onboarding form after purchase:

• Starter: 24–48 hours
• Professional: 24 hours to 7 business days
• Premium: 24–48 hours (priority build)

Timelines assume you provide all required content (logo, photos, text) within 24 hours of purchase. Delays in content submission will extend delivery.

4. Revisions

• Starter: No revisions included. Changes after delivery are billed at $75/hour.
• Professional: 1 round of revisions within 30 days of delivery.
• Premium: Unlimited revisions within 60 days of delivery.

Additional revisions beyond your plan's allowance are available at $75/hour.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our work and want every client to be happy with their site.

• Full refund: If we fail to deliver your website within the stated delivery window after you complete the onboarding form, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
• Satisfaction commitment: If you are not satisfied with your site, contact us first. We will make revisions in good faith. If we cannot resolve your concerns after a reasonable revision process, we will issue a full refund of the setup fee.
• After approval: Once you have formally approved your site and it has gone live, the setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly hosting fees are refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel mid-month.
• To request a refund: Email sofia@greatwebservices.com with your order ID. We respond within 48 hours.

6. Happiness Commitment

If in 90 days you are not happy, we will fix it — entirely for free.

7. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business content (text, images, logo). The final website deployed on your domain belongs to you. We retain ownership of the underlying design framework and code templates.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Complete the onboarding form within 7 days of purchase
• Provide any photos, logo, or content within 24 hours of purchase for on-time delivery
• Review and approve your site within 7 days of delivery notification
